In the event that a Mygreenkleen.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, or makes other typographical errors or inaccuracies on the site, Mygreenkleen.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mygreenkleen.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mygreenkleen.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Mygreenkleen.com failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. 17. Prices

Your order is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched, a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods. The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. Your credit/ debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

18. Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item. However, in order to improve our range of goods we reserve the right to amend and improve product specifications and lingerie fabrics and trimmings. In the event that you place an order for an item which is out of stock please be aware that delivery may take up to 28 days, although upon discover, you will be notified immediately.

19. Violations of These Terms of Use

Please report any violations of the Terms of Use, including objectionable User Submissions or behavior, to info@mygreenkleen.com Please state the reasons for your concern and provide a link to the User Content or, if appropriate, the behavior in question. Upon receiving such a report of a possible violation, Mygreenkleen.com in its sole discretion may investigate the matter and take such action as Mygreenkleen.com determines to be appropriate. If you breach these Terms and Conditions and mygreenkleen.com chooses to ignore this, the company will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions. Mygreenkleen.com shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. All other information contained on this site, such as “Returns”, “Shipping” and “Payments” sections will also be held as part of our Terms and Conditions. Please refer to these individual sections for details. If at any time we receive lawsuit, claims or allegations against us as an entity, filing party agrees to pay our attorney fees even if we win.
